Senior Planner/ Planning Manager/ Planning Engineer - Construction - Essex
Senior Construction Planner / Construction Planning Manager required by a market leading building contractor.
Our client is one of the biggest names in the industry, they are currently seeking a Senior Construction Planner / Construction Planning Manager to be based in their Essex offices.
This major building contractor prides themselves on securing a diverse portfolio of construction projects throughout the UK. Reflecting this, they have taken on various new build and refurbishment projects and need an addition to the team.
Based from their Essex office, you will be working on various high level, multi-million pound construction schemes, this includes several major new builds. You will be responsible for all aspects of the project development as an integral part of the team.
The skills that are required by our client are as follows:
- 5 or more years construction planning experience (candidates with less will also be considered)
- Experience working on new build construction projects is essential
- Proficiency in the use of Asta PowerProject is preferred
- Good communication and team leadership skills is essential
My client understands the value of good planners and is willing the offer the following depending on experience:
- Between £40,000 - £60,000 per annum basic salary
- Car / car allowance
- Health
- Pension
