My client a renowned Hedge Fund with over £7Bn under management, requires a Java developer to become a new member of its trading support team. Providing direct support to traders in the FX and Futures team, you will also be responsible for overseeing all dealing systems. This is a high pressure role which involves front line support for traders and trading systems.
This is an exciting role with tremendous potential to progress within a leading hedgefund.

A knowledge of front office trading systems coupled with a sound understanding of financial markets; sound understanding of all dealing systems as well as the STP chain. A strong understanding of Java is essential and knowledge of other languages is favourable.

Candidates must have banking experience, with a minimum of a 2:1 Numerate or Science related degree from a distinguished ‘Red-Brick' University. Experience with Banking is required as well as a firm understanding and implementation of Java.
