Our client is looking for three Technical Service Desk Analysts to join their expansing technical support team.

You will be responsible for answering technical queries, ensuring that queries are resolved as efficiently as possible around application based technical problems.

Ideally you should have previous experience of Technical Support and knowledge of Windows based applications, however IT Graduates looking to start a career in Technical Support will be considered.
