My client is a leading e-commerce organisation based in London. One of the largest and most successful on-line trading environments in the UK, with over 70% of the UK market. They are currently looking for service desk analysts to join a busy IT support department within a 24x7 environment. You must have previous commercial experience within a similar role and be able to provide 1st and 2nd line support within a challenging, mission-critical environment. Essential skills include Windows 2000 and XP, Access, Excel, Outlook, Front and Back office support and hardware. You must have excellent telephone skills and be able to communicate well with traders, clients and management.
