Salary To £42,000 + Car + Pension + Bonus

The Role.
We are looking for a System Sales Manager with experience of selling AC and DC drive solutions to the heavy Industry sector covering an area from Leicester south to Hampshire and East to East Anglia and Suffolk.
Your responsibilities:-
·To promote profitable sales of drive systems (fully engineered drive solutions and drive modules) - AC, DC, Servo, Soft Starts and Systems Products.
·Sales of small, medium & large size drives and automation projects.
·Technical & Commercial support of existing accounts within the territory. ·Development of new market sectors / business areas, leading to a continued growth of new customer accounts.
·Provide customer focus and feedback.
·Support and promote the introduction of new product lines.
The successful candidate will ideally be centrally located within the territory, and be fully motivated and competent at working from home and/ or the office. They will also be required to attend regular sales and project meetings at the office, and be competent in annual budgets & monthly reporting. The successful candidate will work closely with the UK Systems Sales Manager, and existing sales team to develop our drives and motors systems businesses. This is a key role within the company and the successful candidate will find this is a challenging and rewarding role dealing with a wide range of applications and diverse customer base.
The successful candidate is likely to have:
·An HNC Electrical & Electronic Engineering qualification or above, or a similar level of relevant experience
·Technical drives knowledge and applications experience.
·Proven track record of achieving sales targets
·Commercial awareness and sound judgement
·Self motivated with the ability to plan workload, operate under pressure and show initiative
·Professional in manner and appearance
·Valid driving licence
·IT skills in MS Office
The ability to speak other languages, an awareness of the importance of marketing and previous exposure to other cultures would be useful.
