We are currently recruiting for an Intermediate Technical Analyst, Premier Support focusing on to provide exceptional support to the clients Fortune 100 customers through e-mail and phone communication.
The technical analyst will provide tier 3 support to Premier Enterprise customers on one of three supported platforms (Microsoft Exchange, Lotus Domino, or Novell GroupWise)

The technical Analyst will
• Experience providing technical support (in person, or via e-mail/ telephone)
• Demonstrated ability to communicate clearly and effectively (oral and written)
• Proven track record of resolving difficult issues
• Knowledge and hands-on experience with Windows NT and Windows 2000, 2003 Server Advanced level knowledge and hands-on experience with the following.
o Windows NT/ 2000/ 2003 Server,
o Windows 2000/ XP;
o Lotus Domino Server and/ or
o Microsoft Exchange Server 2000/ 2003 and/ or Novell GroupWise; Lotus Notes Client and/ or Microsoft Outlook
• Ability to work well as part of a team
• Demonstrated application of a sound troubleshooting strategy, particularly under conditions of critical severity with very large Enterprise customers
• Availability to work rotating shifts and on call
