Web and Middleware Engineer: Bluecoat Products / Microsoft IIS / OS / UNIX / Wintel
My client is a leading global technology services organisation that currently deals with the market leaders of today across a variety of sectors. This is an excellent opportunity for an individual who is talented, ambitious and enjoys working within a technologically advanced organisation. They are currently recruiting for an experienced Web and Middleware Engineer
This position is to work within a large team where there is a wealth of experience to be gained from as each member contributes their own unique skill set. Your responsibilities as the Web and Middleware Engineer will be the delivery of detailed solutions combined with technical support. This will be a mixed role with a combination of solutions engineering, hands-on configuration and support duties primarily involving Web and Middleware Technologies.
The ideal candidate for this position will ideally have in-depth experience of the Bluecoat product family. The most important criteria are to have an understanding of networking concepts and architectures including protocols such as ftp or http. You will have had experience with scripting (java, Perl etc). The skills needed are:
Bluecoat Products / Microsoft IIS / OS / UNIX / Wintel
Any experience of the following is advantageous:
Microsoft ISA Server / Websense / Smartfilter / Surfcontrol Reporting Products / F5 Proxies
