Software Tester / Test Analyst – ISEB – Manchester, North West
Due to sustained market growth an exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Tester to join a busy software test and validation team, working on cutting edge products.
The ideal candidate will have a strong academic background with a degree in a scientific or computing based subject. You will have strong commercial, demonstrable experience in manual software testing. You will have experience of validating software against functional specifications, creating and writing test cases and working along side the development team. You will also have experience in end user acceptance testing, functional testing and black box testing etc. You will also preferably have experience of working with hardware, electronics equipment or instrumentation from a validation and system testing point of view incorporating software testing. An ISEB certification or working towards the qualification would be a bonus as would any experience, academic or commercial, in a scientific arena or subject.
