Order Management Specialist
We are currently recruiting for an Order Management Specialist, focusing on outsourced manufacturing activity; the Order Management Specialist will be responsible and accountable for:
• Establishing product delivery dates for sales orders in adherence with the monthly production plan guidelines
• Monitoring and tracking the committed delivery dates of the sales orders to ensure sales orders are delivered on time
• Seek resolution on issues preventing on-time delivery; communicate any and all issues that impact committed sales order delivery dates to the appropriate internal and/ or external organizations; and issue on- time delivery performance reports
Order Management Specialist will be required to monitor the demand plan, process requests for demand plan changes, maintain the thirteen (13) week Master Production Schedule (MPS), and participate in the implementation of Engineering Change Notices' (ECN).

The Order Management Specialist will
• Relevant previous experience with a proven track record in a Master Requirements Plan (MRP) environment
• Experience working knowledge of the electronics manufacturing processes in a high volume electronics manufacturing operation
• Experience with SAP
• Good working knowledge of MRP and MPS concepts
• Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office software
• Ability to travel internationally
