Location for Quantity Surveyor – Cost Manager:
Central London
Salary for Quantity Surveyor/ Cost Manager:
£35,000 - £40,000 depending on experience

The client and the Role for Quantity Surveyor/ Cost Manager/ Intermediate:
The client specialises in building projects throughout the UK and cover a variety of sectors including, health, leisure, education, and residential. They are a cost and project management construction consultancy.
My Client is looking for a Intermediate Quantity Surveyor/ Quantity Surveyor to work on projects in Central London. The projects will predominantly be commercial and retail schemes. You will work alongside Senior Quantity Surveyor and report directly to one of the partners. If you are recently qualified RICS then that will be ideal but if you are looking to start with your APC diary then my client will fully support you and help you achieve this quantity surveyor.
Requirements for quantity surveyor/ Intermediate Quantity Surveyor:
Ideally 5 years experience
Ideally RICS or CIOB is advantageous
Main contractor or consultancy background
Construction with commercial or retail background is desirable
Synopsis:
This is an ideal opportunity for someone to work directly under a partner and gain valuable experience. A role for a quantity surveyor with great autonomy.
