My client has an urgent requirement for a server support engineers to join their support team. As a server support engineer within my client's organisation you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of the support of number of servers. This will entail handling any escalated issues in a timely manner as well as elements of anti-virus work, patching work and service improvements.

My client is currently looking for 2 types of server support engineers with one of them being Active directory focused and the other being Citrix focused. It is mandatory that you are extremely proficient within either the Active Directory or the Citrix area. A strong combination of both Active Directory and Citrix experience will be considered as well. Any experience with Netbackup, Netware, Arcserve, Zen Works, SAN and NAS technologies is advantageous but not mandatory. Microsoft Operations Manager (MOM) is extremely desirable as well as any industry-recognised certifications such as MCSE or CNE is very advantageous. This is the skill set that my client is ideally looking for.
