Our Client has a vacancy for a Project Manager to work on projects based in the capital. They are consistently nominated and winning awards for there work style and previous projects. They are expanding steadily and require someone to take on board and lead a team of excellent design engineers on future projects.
They are looking for someone who has experience in the building services industry and wants to take the step up to project manager.
Due to the calibre of this role candidates would ideally be Chartered or incorporated engineer status - MCIBSE or ACIBSE. You will also be have the ability to work on your own initiative, build relationships with clients, present findings to clients who are usually facilities managers working directly for property owners or managing agents
Example of Skills required (although not essential)
- Carrying out Site Surveys
- Preparing technical Specification
- Overseeing Works on site ensuring h&s and spec compliant
- Handover of completed work to client
IT Knowledge required (although not essential)
- AutoCAD
- HEVACOMP
- Ms Word & Excel
