My client a software house specialising in the insurance sector, is looking to add a c/ c++ developer to join their successful development team and work on their in-house .dat database with c. The successful candidate will be a strong c or c++ developer and will be developing and supporting the in-house system. Strong commercial development experience in either c or c++ is essential along with database concepts (e.g. ISAM). Although not essential knowledge of unix is highly advantageous. The ideal candidate will have a degree in computer science or equivalent or have equivalent work experience. Have a full understanding of full software development cycles and be able to lead small projects.
