Support Analyst - Investment Banking
The Role: Application Support, general administration and call logging of bespoke systems to users.
Main responsibilities:
- To assist existing team members in day to day call logging, training, support.
- Assist in 1st line support of In-house applications.
- Assist in demonstrations and training to staff and Senior Management.
- Train up on and support any systems ‘new' to the desk.
