Our client is one of Europe's leading Communications and Technology innovators employing over 900 people across Europe. They have an enviable reputation for providing major enterprise organisations with the technology to make them grow.
They have identified an immediate need to hire an individual to report to the French Managing Director, based out of their Paris office to manage their Human Resources function. Whilst this is primarily responsible for France, as part of a European organisation, the HR Manager will also have reach and influence into all European offices and the parent company. We are looking for an individual with an impressive track record in France around the key areas of Employee Relations policy - developing the policy and relations with the works council, being the focal point for recruitment and retention, being a key contributing member of the French leadership team, implementing Performance Management initiatives, being the catalyst for identifying high potential individuals within the French organisation and implementing Group wide policies locally.
To apply for this role you will need an emplary profile in Human Resources Management within a significant organisation and have a particular focus on employee relations and legislation within France.
