Job Requirements:
We are seeking to recruit a Principal / Senior Electrical Design Engineer to provide technical expertise and engineering skills at a senior level or principal level for electrical activities associated with projects undertaken by our client.
You will be required to design, specify and requisition the technical electrical elements of a variety of projects, including HV, LV, concept designs and process plant specifications.
Your main duties will be to carry out design studies, safety reviews, generate proposals, estimates and specifications, perform calculations and be responsible for cost-effective design, testing and commissioning activities.
Details:
You will need to hold a degree in Electrical Engineering (or similar subject) or IEE Part 3 equivalent. Ideally you will be a Chartered Engineer (M.I. E.E.). You should be highly technical and proficient in a number of electrical engineering software packages.
