Support Analyst. Derby, East Midlands. Role Purpose to provide application support to customers and local support for the Microsoft Team. Duties and Responsibilities: Support call management and resolution; Development and deployment of application changes, fixes and utilities. Experience of working in a structured application support role. Exposure to formal change, configuration and release management processes. 2 years commercial ASP.Net support/ development (VB.Net) MS SQL 2000. Must be willing to travel throughout the UK as dictated by customer and business demands. Desirables; MCP, MCAD. Experience of supporting Microsoft Content Management Server 2002 solutions with a current driving Licence. You must be willing to work flexible hours (between 07:00 and 19:00). Possible requirement to include on 24/ 7 support on-call rota (additional payment).
