<b>Senior Quantity Surveyor - Consultancy - Major £50million Mix used - London</ b>
This construction consultancy is in an exciting period of growth especially considering the current economic climate; and even though it is a relatively young company they have 8 regional offices across the UK as well as an international presence.
They have recently won a major £50million mix used construction project in north London, and are looking for a Senior Quantity Surveyor/ Quantity Surveyor to join their team. The project is technically demanding and the blue chip client has been known for making the projects more of a challenge than other similar projects. As a consequence you will need to be very technically minded, have a broad range of construction knowledge with associated cost control and be an assertive individual that has a background of working with big clients that have high expectations. You will also need to be good at cost planning.
Above all this is a senior and exciting position that will keep you interested and in times of uncertainty this is a consultancy who is still growing and winning the major projects. It's a desirable position and should be highly coveted by any Senior Quantity Surveyor looking to work in London.
<b>The ideal Senior Quantity Surveyor for this consultancy would have:</ b>
MRICS
BSc in Quantity Surveying or a related qualification
Circa 10 years industry experience (less experience is fine but you must have the ability to run projects with minimal supervision)
Located around the London area or within commutable distance.
