<b><u>The Job Role</ b></ u>
As an experienced professional, you will oversee the effective delivery of a range of design and maintenance projects.
It is a key remit that will see you ensuring all work complies with statutory requirements and industry best practices. You will also develop contacts with clients and make sure we are commercially focused in our project management, fee generation and reporting.
<b><u>Ideal Candidate </ b></ u>
The Building Surveyor must be Chartered (RICS or CIOB) and have relevant experience with a strong track record in the construction industry, including experience of working in a multi-disciplinary environment.
You will need knowledge of Building Contracts and Legislation. As well as being a confident communicator with the ability to liaise effectively with a wide range of contacts.

Salary of between £36,000 – £40,000 per annum depending on experience
