Sun Microsystems Hardware Support Engineer - London - up to £32K + benefits (inc. Travel allowance)
Leading IT Services Consultancy, providing on-site and project service throughout the UK and Europe, is seeking experienced support engineers to provide professional on-site post sales services to customers of Sun Microsystems.
You'll be working onsite in London with a variety of leading blue chip clients, and will provide support on all Sun Hardware products. You'll mentor on-site colleagues and will liaise between the customer and solution providers, providing technical support and escalation where necessary.
You'll need to have a strong grounding in Sun Microsystems hardwarde, including Serengeti and the SunFire ranges, as well as being able to deliver Enterprise Installation Services. Evidence of training or certification on Sun products will strengthen your application considerably. Some client-facing experience is desirable.
