Service manager-Change-ITIL-Support-Carlisle-Manchester-£44k
My Client is a market leader in their field and they are looking to add a Service manager to their expanding team. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced service manager to join a market leader. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in service desk management.
This is a management role therefore experience in managing technical support teams is essential, it will also be highly desirable to have been involved in regional management. My client for a leader than had experience in turning around a failing team or a failing service desk.
An ITIL certification is highly desirable however it's not essential as training will be provided to the successful candidate
The role will be based either in Manchester or Carlisle dependant on the successful candidate's location
