EDRMS Delivery Manager - My central government client is looking to secure the services of an EDRMS Delivery Manager. The primary focus of this role is to design and deliver the service request handling System and the EDRMS system. The successful candidate will have extensive experience of design and deployment of Enterprise Scale Document Management Environments supporting both multi-channel Contact Centres, Self Service, Back Office and Remote access, knowledge and experience of working with SharePoint MOSS 2007. Must be comfortable in a complex matrix environment, Excellent Stakeholder / Vendor engagement and management.
