My client, a leading Energy Trader in the European Markets, is looking for to recruit an IPT Support Engineer to join the existing Communication Support Team.

Skills/ Experience required:
A strong understanding of IPT telephony; Cisco CallManager; Syntegra ITS dealerboard; NICE voice recordings; market data knowledge; support of video conferencing and an understanding of networks in the following areas: LAN (1st line support) cabling and traffic monitoring, CiscoWorks, HP Openview.

Responsibilities will include:
Providing low level support to their LAN network; 1st/ 2nd line support of the Voice environment; configuration / changes to Cisco CallManager; configuration and changes to Syntegra ITS dealerboard; NICE voice recordings; configuration of Reuters / Bloomberg; 1st line support to video conferences / monitoring of traffic / cabling and CiscoWorks.
