My Client one of the largest broadcasting and Free-TV and Pay-TV operator in Scandinavia and the Baltic's is happy to offer the opportunity for a System Engineer/ Linux Administrator based in Stockholm. This is a permanent position that offers a great package and benefits.
My client is looking for an excellent System Engineer/ Linux Administrator for our Billing and CRM system which is constantly being re-developed to meet the demands from their operations in the Nordic's and the Baltic's.
As a System Engineer your responsibilities will cover everything that has to do with servers, technology and networks. You have experience from administration within a Linux environment and experience from working within a Windows environment is an advantage.
The successful candidate is creative, a problem solver, service minded and not afraid to take things in his/ her own hands and take action. You are not happy when things are standing still rather you make sure things are happening and moving forward. The role requires extensive knowledge and experience from similar responsibilities.
You also show a keen interest and knowledge within operating systems, hardware and clustering software. An interesting project that we are working on is to virtualize our UNIX environment.

•Extensive knowledge and experience from Linux and Unix administration
•Oracle databases and SQL
•Networks
•HW configuration and setup
•Knowledge within clustering solutions, disc solutions and networks.
