My Financial Client requires an experienced Project Support contractor ideally with experience in the Financial Sector and prince 2 qualified.
Responsibilities will include:
• Provide PA support to Programme Manager and administrative assistance to the project team
• Responsible for coordinating programme boards, project boards, weekly team meetings:
Setting up meetings and room bookings
Circulating agenda and meeting packs
Taking minutes
Prepare programme board packs (agenda, meeting packs)
• Responsible for maintaining programme and project level risks and issues logs
• Updating and maintaining project level plans as required
• Tracking work orders, purchase orders and invoices
• Responsible for collating project and programme ‘gateway' review packs for programme boards
