Program Manager IST² Architecture
Context:
In the context of an important change program (IST²), the Bank's IST is currently looking at improving key transversal practices through a number of program streams. The mission is to lead the stream focusing on architecture.
We are actively looking for a Program Manager IST² Architecture. Besides usual program
management skills and strong focus on delivering results, we are looking for a candidate with past experience in change management and animation of a complex community. In that sense strong interpersonal skills are expected. In that environment empathy is one of the key success factors.
Position:
Program Manager with 2 roles: Program management & Executive support for Head of Enterprise Architecture
Profile:
Strong Interpersonal & Communication skills
Empathy
Persuasion skills
Result oriented
Program Management (2-5 years desirable)
Change Management Large and complex
organization
Process improvement
Financial Services Industry knowledge (3-5
years desirable)
Enterprise Architecture Frameworks
Proficiency in English. Sound knowledge of French and/ or Dutch is an asset.
