IT Director / Head of Infrastructure / Infrastructure / Banking / Capital Markets
IT Director / Head of Infrastructure required for a global leading Banking organisation based in London. My client is a highly successful & dynamic market leader with impressive operations based in London. They are looking for an IT Director / Head of Infrastructure to lead a matrix of teams with varied skills required to sustain and evolve the IT Infrastructure, Service Support and Delivery. My client is continuing to evolve through ongoing transformation; therefore you need to have experience of defining, driving and leading transformation programmes.
You will be responsible for:
•Managing the IT infrastructure & Service Support & Delivery
•Management of client relationships
•Line management of management team – 5 direct reports & multiple permanent & contract staff
You need to have a strong technical, service support and delivery background with extensive hands-on management experience. Any experience in a Capital Markets environment will be a huge advantage.
You need to have the following skills:
•Team Management
•People Management
•Project Management
•Technical Management
