Junior Business Analyst - Contract - The Netherlands
Aston Carter is currently looking for a Business Analyst (junior or medior) for one of our biggest financial clients in The Netherlands. This is a contract position at least for 6 months with extensions highly likely.
Role description:
Being a Business Analyst you will work in a team as link (key success factor) between end-users and the organisation. You have to dig in into the world of the end-users and the project-and business partners.
Your tasks are:
Prepare plans of approach as input for the Client & Product Migration project in conjunction with all stakeholders
Follow up on the outcome of all issues identified during the analysis phase
Prepare, co-coordinate and/ or perform the acceptance - and end-user tests
All other activities which may be allocated to the Client Reporting & Archiving project along the way
Required skills/ knowledge: Business Knowledge, Familiar with Banking activities, especially the payments area, minimal 1 to 2 years experience in an IT & Ops project context, experience in business analysis, process management and/ or working in projects, excellent communication skills (verbal and in writing) at all levels, excellent English language skills (especially in writing) and excellent Analytical skills
Nice-to-have skills: Consulting and Advisory, Negotiation and Conflict Resolution and Good knowledge of Word/ Excel/ PowerPoint
