IT Security Trainer / Training Designer; Berkshire; Reading; Required to join a leading global IT security company to develop content using training designs, specifications, prototypes, early software, and interviews with engineers and other subject matter experts. Recommend information product approaches working from training designs and specifications whilst understanding the audience, user tasks, and information needs, and translates these into training content. Participate in peer reviews and testing of training content, initiates subject-matter expert reviews to ensure technical accuracy and consistency. Produces final masters and verifies production masters, etc. and takes ownership of existing technical training content, assists in identifying impact of new software releases, suggests improvements, updates or enhances the materials as required. You will also assist in training reseller engineers on the use and operation of core software and assist in developing training objectives and supporting documentation, both for classroom and online delivery. You will have strong experience with IT security training, adept in technical knowledge of Security solutions, software curriculum development and technical training, preferably in a fast paced software development company, any IT certification advantageous, highly organized and excellent communication and presentation skills.
