The Company is one of the leading International Construction Consultancies, providing a portfolio of property and construction-related services across a wide range of market sectors. The company has a current requirement for a Project Director to work on Casino projects in Macau.

<b><u>The role of the Project Director</ b></ u>

The Project Director will be heading up a large team of Project Managers, Quantity Surveyors & Planners reporting only to the Director.

You will be working on leisure, Casino Projects in the value of $5Billion.


<b><u>What are they looking for in the Project Director?</ b></ u>

To apply for this role as Project Director:

* You will be Chartered MCIOB / MAPM / MRICS or equivalent
* You will have over 10years experience working within a top Construction Consultancy
* Strong experience managing teams of staff
* Experience within the Far East

You will be a confident individual, ready to hit the ground running within this top organisation.

The Project Director should expect a market leading salary & benefits dependant on skills & experience but should comprise of:

* Up to £120,000 per annum
