Test Design Workstream Lead required to work onsite in Cheltenham/ Bracknell. The successful candidate must hold a valid high level Security Clearance. The Test design Workstream lead will work with the customer and project team, to design, develop and implement the required processes, infrastructures and tools necessary to perform unit, system integration, performance and acceptance testing for all deliverables associated with the project. Work with team members in defining the overall testing solution to ensure that it integrates seamlessly with the other deliverable components in terms of capability, performance and security.

As the lead SME you will be a good team player and a self motivated individual.

Primary roles and responsibilities include:
• Develop both high level and detailed designs for the testing strategies and processes for the testing effort across a number of workstreams including
infrastructure services, ESX/ VDI, deployment services (Altiris), desktop and applications
• Implement the solution and develop test strategies to ensure all requirements are met
• Manage the testing infrastructure
• Develop suitable workflows, acceptance criteria and escalation processes
• Contribute in design/ work-groups as required

Skills, Knowledge and Required Experience:
• Detailed knowledge of both automated and manual testing methodologies
• Knowledge of automated test creation and management tools such as the TestDirector for Quality Center toolset (Mercury)
• Knowledge of Altiris and/ or Opsware is desirable
• Knowledge of the Test infrastructure and processes etc."
