Are you an Assistant Quantity Surveyor / Quantity Surveyor? Are you looking for the next step in your Quantity Surveyor career? Are you working towards / have obtained RICS? If so you could be one of the select candidates who will be applicable for this Quantity Surveyor role.
My client is one of the UK's leading cost management consultancies, specialising in the restoration of historic and listed buildings. This specialist work will be carried out by the Quantity Surveying team, based in Bath. The projects that are currently in the portfolio include St Paul's Cathedral, 14 other cathedrals UK wide and many listed stately homes.
Location: Bath
Remuneration:
Up to £45,000 per annum, depending on Quantity Surveyor experience

The Quantity Surveyor:
Ideally 3 - 5 years UK Quantity Surveying experience
Consultancy experience beneficial
Bespoke building knowledge advantageous
