This is a varied role in a dynamic and fast paced environment, the successful Wifi Support Analyst will be responsible for ensuring all laptops have full internet connectivity, working with other teams to constantly improve the Wifi service, setting SLA's, identify trends and issue resolutions, perform site visits to fix issues and get employee feedback on the service.
The ideal Wifi Support Analyst will be proficient in a range of Microsoft Applications, have experience in a technical support role and be familiar with the practices required to implement effective ICT Solutions. You should be an analytical thinker, effective problem solver and have excellent customer service skills.
