Service Level Manager required with ITIL Service Management skills, major Banking, Cheshire, North West to £42k + Excellent banking benefits.
Global FS giant requires talented Service Managers with specific skills in Service Level negotiation and management experience and ITIL skills to take on a specific Service Level Management role with responsibility for the management of 3rd party suppliers/ vendors, SLA/ OLA creation and management for new and existing IT Service offerings within the company.
You will join an Industry leading service management team at a time when the new v3 ITIL service disciplines have been rolled out across the organisation. An exciting opportunity to make a difference and influence the direction of service management within this Banking leader.
Essential skills include ITIL knowledge/ experience (pref. certified), strong Service Management skills and experience within large, enterprise blue-chip environments (pref. Banking/ FS) You will also have had some experience of Service Level Management and be willing and able to add real value in this area.
