Our Government client require a held desk support analyst to assist in the running of a temporary support desk and transfer to the permanent structure. The analyst will provide front line query management, system use queries, data management queries and will be responsible for the management of such queries. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 18 months help desk experience. An understanding of ITIL and Prince 2 methodologies preferred
with a high level of initiative, commitment and drive to make things happen in a pressurised work environment where there are many changes and new processes being learnt by work colleagues.
