My client, a telecommunications market leader is looking for a SAP Service Desk Analyst. The main purpose of the role is to be an integral member of the SAP IT Operations Service Desk. The team will be the main contact point with the customer base & the main objective of the team is to provide an effective first line SAP & Corporate Systems issue resolution/ processing. Knowledge of supporting MM, PP, SD, and BW. This is a 6 month contract based in Oxford
