Job Requirements:
We are recruiting for a Lead Electrical Design Engineer to bring technical expertise to projects within the gas and petrochemical sectors. This crucial role will see you managing all day-to-day operations and produce a wide range of reports, drawings and calculations. As a key member of their Electrical Engineering team, you will also be expected to liaise directly with clients and make sure all work is delivered within deadlines.
Details:
All applicants should have a degree qualification in Electrical Engineering (or relevant qualification). You will also ideally have experience of working in the gas or petrochemical industries already. You will need to have knowledge on how to protect hazardous areas, and will have a sound understanding of international design standards (BS 7671 in particular). In addition, should you have experience of HV or LV design and Amtech software, then this would be advantageous.
