My Client, a Financial Organisation in Luxembourg is looking for an IT Support Specialist to start immediately.
Tasks:
-1 st level support for new projects
-Identify clients needs, resolve questions respecting the workload
-Help in documentation, assure good quality of service
-Participate in test and production phases of the project
Skills:
-Excellent Windows XP, Linux, Internet Browser knowledge; PKI and Java is a plus
- Ideally IT Security and Banking background
Languages:
French, English, German, Luxembourgish
