One of our large clients requires the services of a Desktop Support/ 2nd/ 3rd line support to be based in West Yorkshire on an initial 3 month contract. The succesful candidate will join Technical Desktop Team and have a good understanding of the following;
* Microsoft Windows Installer (MSI)
* Novell eDirectory
* Expert level of Microsoft operating systems
* Novell ZENworks Desktop Management
* ZENworks for servers
