Production Team Leader (Injection Molding)
South Yorkshire
£28600 (including shift) + Training + Pension + 21 days holiday
Do you have management/ leadership experience in an injection molding environment?
You will be able to take responsibility of the shift with full support from management to ensure you are successful in the role.
Established over 90 years this company has a reputation for quality and innovation. They are a world wide manufacturer of automotive components for tier 1. They have over 450 employees in the UK and have a company turnover of over £40 million. With a full order book the company plan to expand their product range to meet a number of prestigious client's needs.
You will receive full management training on business improvements, lean manufacturing and the companies production systems.
Reporting to the Moldshop Manager you will manage a team of 10 with full autonomy on shift, ensuring production targets and quality standards are met, motivating your team and being responsible for all man management issues.
The Role:
* Working a shift pattern to include some nights.
* Man management of 10 production staff on shift to include recruitment/ discipline and scheduling workload.
* Achieving production plans to desired quality standards.
* Motivating your team and guiding them to hit company targets.
The Person:
* Qualification in Mechanical or Production engineering.
* Experience of man management in an injection molding environment.
* Experience of setting injection molding machinery.
