My client are a unique and innovative Telecoms service provider who provide leading edge solutions to Public and Professional Service clients internationally, they have engaged expand Recruitment to source a ITIL qualified Service Centre Performance Manager for their main service centre in Warwickshire.
This is a fantastic new opportunity to join a established player and take your career to the next level, you will be responsible for driving the complaints process and the Service Centre Performance Management process, which will influence the method adopted across the whole business.
You will be driving continuous improvement of the complaints procedures ensuring delivery, efficiency and SLA performance and quality.
To be considered for this opportunity you must demonstrate the following skills and experience;
§ Experience of managing Complaints and Performance in a Customer Service Management environment
§ Strong Operational experience in line with customer and business requirements.
§ Excellent interpersonal skills – able to relate to people at all levels
§ Experience of managing teams and people effectively including across multiple sites .
§ Strong and proven experience of business process change initiatives
§ Able to demonstrate achievement of performance and efficiency benefits through excellent coaching and people development skills.
