Lead Security Consultant Auditor CISSP London Excellent Salary
Security Lead Consultant CISSP CISA BS7799. My client, a global leader in their field is now looking for an Advisory Services Cluster Lead (Lead Security Consultant) within their global IT Security group. This is a senior manager position responsible for supporting the Global Chief Information Security Officer in the development, implementation, maintenance and enhancement of all IT security-related activities in support of the firm's business needs.
The ideal candidate will be CISSP Certified and CISA (ISCA) or BS7799 certified with proven experience of working with information security or risk management. You will be conversant with ISO 27002 information security standard with proven leadership skills as well as having the ability to manage issues to closure across borders / territories. You will be an experienced, strategic leader with the ability to influence business decision- makers over whom they have no authority. You will understand business operations as well as information technology and information security. You will be required to utilise such knowledge to support the Global Advisory Leader in the implementation of an effective information security initiative to improve the information security culture of the firm, whilst ensuring that the overall information security strategy is aligned to the firm's business needs.
The role will involve managing a regional Advisory team of 4 information security staff, being responsible for providing leadership, management and direction to the central cluster IT Security Group including delivery of Advisory services, pre-audit assessments, incident management, security awareness, security consultancy and security policies and standards within the firm. You will lead the central cluster IT Security Grouop for the development of strategic security policies and standards, aligned to and supportive of the firm's business and legal requirements.
