My client is currently recruiting SAP Utility Project Managers and Solution Architects into their growing GBS (Global Business Services) SAP Utilities Solutions Team. We are looking for applicants with a consulting background in the SAP Utility industry. The candidates successfully recruited into these roles will be recognised as a subject matter expert in the SAP Utility Solution set. We are looking for experienced project managers and architects with strong consulting and functional skills, to design solutions and lead work streams through bid to delivery. They will be working with the SAP Service line management team to grow and develop our business.

The candidates successfully recruited this role will be able to: Scope, shape and deliver Utility solutions to clients against defined client value propositions in both straightforward and complex environments Lead a team and to take accountability for the design and delivery of an entire work stream or project Work with little supervision keeping leadership appraised of project status in a timely manner raising issues of risk to the appropriate level at the appropriate time Develop and sustain strong working relationships with client middle and senior management Demonstrate expert core consulting skills Demonstrate an advanced level of SAP IS Utility solution knowledge and Utility industry expertise to support delivery to clients Supervise financial management of engagements to deliver value to clients. Perform an appropriate role in business development Perform an appropriate role in practice management, for example, in staff, internal engagement and / or knowledge management, business development or other.

The applicant should be an experienced SAP consultant who has significant experience of the SAP Utility Industry solution set and the Utility industry. Knowledge of UK specific Utility regulatory requirements is desirable. Knowledge of integration with other modules of SAP is desirable. The candidates successfully recruited into these roles will have experience of: At least two end to end SAP project life cycles and a working knowledge of an accelerated SAP implementation methodology (e.g. ASAP). Solution Definition and Business Development Leading teams of 5 or more direct reports.

The base experience of such candidates will have to be in one or more SAP implementations for UK based Utility clients where they have implemented one or more of the following SAP modules:

•SAP Finance & Controlling
•SAP Materials Management and SRM
•SAP Human Resources
•SAP Investment Management
•SAP Project Systems
•SAP ECC Enterprise Asset Management (EAM)
•SAP Mobile Infrastructure
•Integration with Click Schedule
•SAP ECC Customer Service / Plant Maintenance
•SAP Business Intelligence
•SAP CRM for Utilities
•SAP IS-U
