The role involves building customer relationships, identifying revenue opportunities, defining business plans, negotiating, selling and installing the software. An ability to create customer visions & manage several large complex deals simultaneously are essential requirements. This role requires a high degree of flexibility, including large amounts of travel to France and potentially unsociable working hours.
Key Accountabilities
•Evaluate, Improve and maintain the entire product line life cycle for all Regulatory Compliance & ISO standards within the Companies “Best Practice and Compliance Accelerator”
•Take responsibility for strategic planning through to tactical activities in conjunction with the Product Management team & Professional Services Group
•Coach/ mentor Product Management team members, the Professional Services Group and Pre-Sales consultants to embed skills and knowledge in presenting and delivering the companies solutions to the market.
•Develop business plans in support of new product releases & updates, conducting market research supported by frequent contact with customers & appropriate compliance authorities.
•Drive business and product objectives forward-securing revenue targets.
•Develop/ maintain strong relationships with compliance forums, regulatory bodies, industry analysts & thought leaders.
•Define marketing strategy including: positioning, messaging, benefits, pricing, promotional mix, sales tools, etc.
•Collaborate with the companies' software development team during the product design and production phase to ensure requirements are being met & key design input is being incorporated.
•Project Manage &secure the companies attainment of ISO 20000 in conjunction with the Service Desk & other key business areas.

•Manage the sales cycle from lead to close with support from a world class pre-sales team
•Develop new business opportunities and prospects
•Directly contacts prospects and introduces products and services based on identified client needs.
•Coordinates necessary internal resources (product team, ad operations) to support the sale.
•Closes targeted number of clients each quarter to meet assigned sales goals.
•Utilises sales force.com to record all activity and achieves all KPI's of activity levels Desire to lead sales in a high-growth, international firm
•Motivated and driven to surpass challenging sales targets
•Outstanding record of academic performance
Education & Experience
Sales education, prospecting training, negotiation training and software solution training
Desirable
Successful Software sales skills, Minimum experience of 10 years, BPM software product knowledge, ITIL & Compliancy knowledge, Experience in either Commercial or Public Sector accounts.
