Development Manager / VP of Engineering sought by an award winning innovative financial services on-line start-up software house (operationally profitable). Reporting directly to the founder you will run the technical direction of the business, managing a talented team of 16 software developers. This will involve gathering business and technical specifications, documenting, planning and overseeing product delivery in an Agile type environment.

You should have excellent analytical and problem solving skills with a proven ability to innovate and inspire, experience of managing or technically leading a development team in a web based environment and have a technical / engineering background.
