Our client has grown organically and is one of the UK's leading independent engineering facilities service providers within the built environment and undertakes work throughout the United Kingdom with its main office based in central London and regional offices in Birmingham and Manchester.

Requirements for the role are not set in stone but they prefer you to have worked in a consultancy based role previously, Member of CIBSE or working towards would be beneficial and a degree or similar in Engineering (Mechanical/ Electrical based.) If you are working towards CIBSE our clients are dedicated to providing you with the relevant training and support to reach the level required.
You will be required to oversee a team of 20 Engineers which is currently expanding and soon to be considerably larger and report solely to a Director of the consultancy.
- You will oversee maintenance work to ensure work carried out to specified standard.
- Experience in Site Surveys, drafting of scope work and preparing technical specification will benefit as these are just some of the tasks you will be required to carry out.
- You will have the sole responsibility of carrying out client visits.
- Project Values can range from £30000 - £3 million
