SENIOR HARDWARE ENGINEER - EMBEDDED C / DEFENCE SECTOR / HARDWARE DESIGN - UP TO £40,000 - ESSEX!!
Are you from a defence background or have an interest in the defence sector? Would you like to work for a well established, stable company? If so then this could be the role for you.
My client is a leading organisation with an excellent reputation within the defence sector. They are now looking to recruit a Senior Hardware Engineer to join their existing team and lead a team of 3 development engineers. You will be designing digital hardware, incorporating embedded processors, audio and power supply design.
You should be able to understand and debug embedded C and have the ability to write simple test routines. Also, you should have in-depth experience in digital hardware design and basic embedded software skills with experience of C. Ideally you will have experience of military hardware design. Also, you will have strong analytical and fault finding skills and the ability to interface and communicate across functional and departmental boundaries.
