Intermediate Quantity Surveyor / Quantity Surveyor - New Consultancy Office
My client has recently opened a new office in Reading, and is looking for an Intermediate Quantity Surveyor / Quantity Surveyor to work as the office's Intermediate Quantity Surveyor. The successful candidate will be supported in gaining professional Qualifications.
Location: Reading, Berkshire
Remuneration:
Up to £38,000 per annum depending on Quantity Surveyor experience
Company Car / Car allowance

My Client is one of the UK's leading multi-disciplinary Consultancies, who also specialise in Quantity Surveying Practice. They offer a broad range of services, within both Construction and Civils.
The Quantity Surveyor Role:
My client's project portfolio will allow the Quantity Surveyor to gain experience working on some of the largest projects outside of London. They hold long term relationships with their clients; their client list is regarded as 'blue chip'.
Currently they are working on three major developments in reading, including commercial offices and mixed use projects, infrastructure and roads, as well as 'heavy' Civils. There core of work at the Reading office has been secured for the next 3 years.
This is an ideal opportunity for a Quantity Surveyor to work out of the reading office on the largest projects outside of London. Also, the Reading office will be involved in some projects inside London however there is no need to commute to London as this part of the role would be office based.
