<b><u>Who are they looking for?</ b></ u>

The Principle Architect would be imaginative, energetic and a self-starters.

You will be expected to work as a member of a team and contribute to team performance and demonstrate use of initiative

B.Arch Degree in Architecture and a member of a professional association, such as RIBA or AIA.

Minimum 10 years experience in detail design, production of drawings, able to analyse technical/ construction/ build-ability issue and provide drawings and specifications coordinated with engineering and other disciplines

Should be AutoCAD competent and able to work on their own initiative with minimum supervision, within a multi-disciplinary team.

Experience in a variety of buildings such as high rise towers, hotels, and mixed-use buildings, it is important that the candidate wishes to work in the United Arab Emirates.

Have experience in a variety of sectors including high-rise, hotel and leisure, transportation, retail or offices.


<b><u>The Role of the Principle Architect/ Senior Project Architect</ b></ u>

To work with concept design and development teams
To manage the production of construction issue documentation for a number of projects
Provide technological input and supervise technical input by others within the Architectural discipline
Be able to build client relationships and help identify business opportunities
May be required to supervise the work of other members of the team
