My client is a high profile end user organisation based in London, with an opportunity for an experienced 2nd line technical support analyst. Responsibilities will include the provision of ongoing technical support to customers, monitoring progress to ensure completion of issues in line with SLA's and escalating calls where required to third party technical support.
In order to be considered for this position applicants must have similar experience within an Oracle HRMS suite environment, coupled with good client facing skills and a good educational background.
